fiat staff

OK then how the hell did Olympian get a franchise? They have been clueless about cars since 1989 and their Fiat franchise is a joke. The branch in Poole is a converted workshop, just fits in 4 cars and some desks, the used cars and demos park on the grass edging. In New Milton they occupy Renaults old used car lot and youd never know they even had a Fiat there as its all Renaults out the front! There servicing and customer care is the worst! They recently took over a well established dealer in Salisbury, in their words to get some Fiat experiance in... most staff left after the buy out!!!

I take it your experience with Olympian wasn't a good one
Perhaps someone from that garage can answer your questions but aslong as they meet a certain criteria(time is allowed for this, setting up/tools/training etc)and maintain it then aslong as Fiat are happy so be it.
I honestly find these days that garages seem to be swopping franchise way too often & not allowing a proper customer base/support/technician training to develope before they move to another make.Another trend is to have multiple franchise in one building, possibly to save money but does the customer get the proper care/attention than if it was a single franchise garage??
