I really want one for my bravo, is this possible?

If only i could afford a stilo id have one in a flash :(

For now tho, id settle for the flipkeyI REALLY want one. I found a stilo one of ebay but its £30 and i dont wanna buy it incase I cant put my blade in. If it was less, i would!
Anyone got a site you can buy them?

Right, these 'flick' keyfobs as you descibe them have usually central locking buttons on them and chips inside them which are unique to their car plus the 'blade' is the key for that particular car so you would need to strip out both of these parts and try to fit your bits, I don't think it would work, your standard key won't have the hinge part either so you'll have to carry on looking less flash and maybe but a paper bag over your car keys for now.

i tried the paper bag thing, but I could never get the key into the ignition barrel, paper got in the way ;)
I'd realised about the central locking setup and the blade needing to be special.
However, I know you can buy blanks, ive seen them before (cant remember where) and the remote central locking wouldnt be a problem, as mine doesnt work anyway :bang:
So still looking :)

id be more interested in fixing my remote locking
priorities huh ?!!
Well, thats simple.
The circuit in my only blue key is broken, something has snapped off, ithink its the actual infra-red thing.
I havnt got the code card thing and Fiat dealership told me £90 per key to get remote central locking..

on ebay theres a r/c/l kit with one of them then you tell them what car you have and there give you the correct key style and you get it cut from a key cutters then if coded keys then you put your chip in the key fob
that sounds perfect for me :)pretty cheap as well. found it on ebay, now to see how hard it is to do...
Thanks very much

The flick key is no big deal. I just find it awkward and cumbersome. Give me an old ordinary key any day.
Well, maybe but that could be sid about anything to do with cars. Love is in the eye of the beholder.. And I love these flick-keys :)nutter: ?) and they come with this set which I also need as my remote central locking key doesnt work..

I mean the guy who makes them that was mentioned earlier, if those blanks are what come as std in the set, could they not be ordered to come with the ones that will fit bravo?
orite i see (like i said, im pretty dumb!!)
I'll ask them if they can
Whats the view on the wiring diagram, any ideas as whether it would be do-able in a bravo? (Should i post this in the bravo section?)

UPDATE : Well i thought s0d it.. I got 30 quid i wasnt expecting so i went ahead and bought it.
I'll let you know how i get on if anyone is interested..
Thanks for all your help
