1- what do u advice me to take care of while working on it..(im a begginer)
2- how should i clean the inside of my engine from carbons...etc..and what materials should i use?
3- what elso do u reccomend me to do while doing this job?
im also intending to shave the cylinder head a little..how much mm do u reccomend?

Use the tools advised in the book.

If its too tight to move use WD40 or a suitable lubricant and leave for a while before attempting to loosen.

Don't over tighten anything, you can do this by using tools with adjustable Torque settings.

Most bits require plenty of grease, new gaskets + sealents when being replaced, make sure you do this unless you don;t mind funny sounds and breakdowns :)

If wokring on anything electrical, disconnect the battery and have a few spare fuses ready.

there is an american product called seafoam, that is very very very good at removing engine carbon from the cylinder head, its expensive though, but it can be used when engine is running, or when its in pieces, makes a very good job(y)
