Whats fiats turnaround time for a complaint?

You want a complaint? Fiat will be able to provide one quite quickly!
Or do you want a complaint resolving? That's a whole other ball game...

It requires a lot of chasing up to get anything done....

for an example....see marks posts in the new panda section and his 1.2 engine woes....i have to say the pooch was well and truly sore on that one,

I had a pretty good experience with Fiats complaints procedure. I rang them about 3ish one day complaining about Caledonia manchester - see this thread https://www.fiatforum.com/lets-talk-fiat/56328-not-impressed-all.html - and by 6 they had got the garage to agree to fix the problem under warranty.

They also rang back that night at 8ish to follow up what had happened!

i rang them at 12 is on friday 5th may and chased em twice- nothing yet

I waited 2 hours for BT to even answer my call (from a friends house) to report a line fault at my house...despite phoning everyday (from friends/work/mobile) it took 27 days to fix my line fault:tosser:

Back to the plot....Fiat normally contact dealer straight away after complaint is lodged,if fault is in reference to a dealer.

its not a fault with the dealer, its a long story but dealer repaced my 3rd 4th synchro and gears and selector.

Now thar changes gear fine but the box make a noise when freewheeling, dealer reckons something else is a miss, and engineer wants to sort it too, but the warranty company wont do it as i missed a service by 14 days and they blame fiat.

I contacted fiat and passed a complaint re this and after asking a set of yes and now questions was told that this case could be reveiwed

I thought it was ok to get car serviced + or - 30 days from service date...could be wrong though?
