i have a mk2 punto but only have one blue key, if i wanted another blue key done would i have to get a red key first? i've heard you have to send one of the blue keys off which would mean then that i would not be able to drive whilst the key was being copied. Would it be easier & cheaper to buy a complete lock set with all the keys, locks & code as they seem to sell on ebay for less than £40.

the only reason that i havn't already purchased one of these sets is because it probably would be a pain in the ?rse to fit the locks then have to sort out the immobilizer!

any advice is much appreciated

Mk2 (188) puntos dont have red key.Additional keys programmed by dealer.

thanks, at least that's one thing i wont have to buy. Any idea on how much it costs for an extra key?
