Help!

I have just made machined a custom gear knob but I need to know the rough diameter of the stick and what does the top look like... i.e is it threaded etc? So I can drill a hole to attach it.

What Fiat do you drive

IIRC most of them Ive encountered have the knobs bonded onto the shafts so it'll need cutting off, parting down to size then tapping as appropriate!!

Still no luck. I don't want to start ripping anything apart yet tho

FYI this is what it looks like... depending how it fits/works I may be making more
