Hi, Could anyone please offer advice on a problem I've started having with my Fiat Bravo, 1.2 16v? Over the last couple of days I noticed that my temperature & petrol gauges sometimes go off the scale! The fuel gauge indicates a full tank (when it's only 1/4 full) and the temp gauge goes to red (and there is water in the car). It doesn't happen every time I start the car, but when it does, it happens with the first couple minutes. If I switch the engine off and then restart, the problem no longer exists. Also, occassionally the handbrake light with flash on when going round a sharp bend.

dont know Brava,s but it sounds like the voltage regulator on the instrument panel has gone.as i say i dont know your car but on most cars it can be replaced seperatly either from scrappys or (gasp) Fiat
