Think you can't afford a new Fiat? Think again! Fiat are currently doing 4 years interest free credit, with only a 30% deposit.
That means that an entry-level Panda will cost about £100 a month, which isn't exactly a lot for a new car.

Well you probably buy £100 a month of stuff off eBay, so yes you could!
That entry-level Panda would need a £2000 deposit, but many people who are part exchanging a car wouldn't have to worry about that.

Seriously you have to watch out with Fiats interest free credit

I have a reem of calculations somewhere from when I was buying my stilo.

It worked out dearer than a loan at 6.8% using the fiat interest free as the was an arrangement fee, set up fee and final payment fee which added up to an equivalent 8.something% APR

The loan has to have no fees on it to be cheaper.

Dont know if its the same now though as this was 2 years ago, but please check all the small print first for fees etc.

One thing to watch is whether you have scope for discount negotiation on a new car - if zero rate finance offered, how much will they knock off list? You may find you get bigger discount BUT pay interest on the loan

Best thing to do is work out exactly how much you pay over the term of the loan.
