Fiat 500 front suspension mount MOT Failure

My 10 plate 500 has failed its mot on front suspension top mounts. I think the rubber has degraded and in consequence the top mount has deformed.

Can the rubber mount be replaced in situ or do I have to removing the whole strut ?

The strut need to be removed as I think its all bolted together

That's assuming you be the lowr maprt of the mount with the bearing it it?
