After over a weeks discussions, Pendragon has bought the total sum of all Reg Vardy's shares for a number I can't remember, but somewhere around £450m.
So expect your local Reg Vardy to be re-branded Evans Halshaw or Stratstone in the very near future.

Pendragon are the largest motor group in the UK owning the above brands as mentioned, but also Tins Car Supermarkets, CD Bramall, Bramall-Laidlaw, Bramall-Quicks and Sanderson Motorhouse brands.

Pendragon used to operate Fiat/Alfa dealers in london in the late 90's as Arena auto ltd - they are bad news.

They sold all their fiat dealerships in one year just to make a profit for that year, and are merciless employers as well - as i remember all too well .

I work for Pendragon. They aint that bad anymore.
