Hi, I recently bought the panda steering switch to replace my broken clock spring, from eBay, anyway when it arrived it doesn’t have the switch on the wiper stalk for the trip computer. They won’t accept a return, so is it possible to remove the clock spring from the new switch and it it on my old one? Hope someone out there has done something like this and knows a way around it. Here’s hoping ? thanks

If the clockspring connector is the same colour as the original, it should be ok to use. I think they deliberately changed the airbag connector colour for different airbag types.

I ended up just stripping them both down and swapping the stalk I needed onto the new switch unit, works perfectly now ?
