I have had my lovely fiat 500 for just over 5 years, and the dashboard is playing up, flickering and displaying all symbols to going blank - I thought it was a loose connection but its been checked over and when I called the Fiat Service Centre they said this is a common issue and it will need a full replacement at a cost of £600

Considering I have only done 12,000 miles, I would expect the dash to last slightly longer - has anyone successfully appeal to Fiat to get this replaced as a known issue?

If Fiat Service Centre are saying that this is a common issue then depending on your country location then your consumer laws could support you in a valid claim against Fiat to get toe unit replaced free of charge.
