Hi I might be asking a bit much of my mk2 punto soon if I decide it’s up to it , its the standard 1.2 car and the job is only about a 30 mile trip but il be moving one of those old 1970s arc welders , it’s one of the big old ones with the wheels , it’s an air cooled one so that should make it a good bit lighter than an old oxford oil filled etc , but I’m still not sure of its weight !!! I’m wondering if the shocks are up to it as I’m pretty sure the car shocks are weaker than they had on the punto vans , my thinking is I could have two fairly hefty people in the back working out the same maybe but possibly more spread out !!!!has Anybody ever moved anything out of the ordinary in the back of a bog standard punto ?

Shouldn't be any worse then 3 people and the rear and a boot full of luggage

I think I may be looking at using something else as it’s 28inches high and around 35 inches long ,that’s going to be real tight clearing the opening with that length not to mention the weight .....

Don’t know what I was worried about !!! Took it all in it’s stride !!!

No surprise it went in. I've had bigger stuff in my Panda 169.
