Re: Body repairs

Being a fully qualified driving instructor as you've pointed out before, you should be in possession with all the relevant information. .....

Re: Body repairs

Here in Belgium, my insurance people would advise on approved repair centres, not Fiat. Unless insurance taken from them.

If you need Fiat approved repair, best contact your dealer?

Re: Body repairs

Most people just take it to whatever company the Insurance company's take them together
As there's often extra charges to use a firm the insurance company hasn't approved

Re: Body repairs

I used to be, and possibly still is the case that to maintain your 8 year anti-corrosion/performation and 3 year pain warranty then:

1) Repairs to be done by Fiat approved body shop using Fiat genuine panels and parts

OR

2) If not 1) then the vehicle has to be inspected and signed off by a Fiat approved body shop after the repairs have been done.

In the back of your Service Booklet there are the appropriate repair certificates etc. so I suggest you look there first.
