Re: Bike rack

Jerrymolly,

I'm also interested in fitting a bike rack to carry a carbonfibre framed bike, which means that it can't be carried using top tube but rather resting on its wheels.
A towball seems attractive (for mounting a rack) but can a towbar (of light construction ) be fitted to a 500. Mine is a 500S so with a 1400cc engine so power is not the issue.

Yes, I got a fiat abath now, but really donít want the bike hanging at the back scraping the back of the car whilst Iím driving. Another option would be to remove the front wheel and put the seats down but that seems a lot of faffing around!!!
