It's a plastic retaining clip to secure a rod to the inner door handle on my 500. (assume it's a common part to a lot of models).
An outlet to buy one would be helpful too.

Does anyone know what this part is called
It connects the ignition coils on the engine on a fiat Punto grande sport 1.4 it’s like a plastic wire with connectors on that connect to the ignition coils

Not having seen it, from your description you seem to be talking about a small piece of wiring loom. May be available from Fiat, but probably at huge cost, and a long wait. These people can probably make one for you: https://www.autosparks.co.uk/index.php?content_page=home
But they'll need the original as a pattern, or good pics and a very good description and measurments. Or make your own, depending on competence.
