Just bought a Fiat Punto active. It’s 2008, I have checked the fuses and the resistor and they’re all good, but it still doesn’t blow hot or cold air. What could it be?

Been a few of these recently, but few returned with final answers.

There have been a lot of reports of heater fan motor seizure.
It is behind the glovebox.
On it is a resistor, which gives the lower speeds, but if it does not work at any speed, most likely the motor is at fault.
Get it out and see.
Quite likely you may be able to clean up the bearings and 'set it free', but if not, replacements should be available (Ebay) for reasonable prices.

If fan rotates ok, whilst there, check for power at the connectors. This will check the switch on the fascia.
