Hi everyone, new to this and my mechanical jargon isn’t the best so please bare with me.

Heaters for the car ‘1-3’ work perfectly fine, however, when I click it to ‘4’ or the main one for heating my windscreen up, it all seems to shut off. No air anywhere and certainly not any hot air to my windscreen.

Little bit confused as to what’s going on so any help would be great full.

It is likely you need to look at the heater blower resistor pack in the passenger foot well up behind the dash, this controls the fan speed and has a habit of wires burning out or the pack failing and needing replacement.
