Please, please, help....desperation....

I've attached some photos of what are alleged and/or believed to be Fiat hinges, possibly trunk or hood hinges. They were used by Zagato as DOOR hinges on my 1974 Zele. Rumors abound about what model Fiat they came from and I have spent hours and hours trying to find a match, without luck.

I'm hoping and praying that someone here will be able to help. My only other option will be to have some made either from billet or cast if I can't find a match. Any help is so very much appreciated..thank you.

Sadly I do not know much detail of older Fiats, but these look so much like the external door hinges on the original Mini.
If the studs are a UNF thread rather than metric, original Mini is very likely.
They might have been sourced from Innocenti, who may have had hinges with metric threads.
In a brief Google search I can't find any dimensional details of Mini hinges, but this might give you somewhere to look.

Of course, back then, the simple design might have been used by lots of manufacturers.

Thanks to you both for the suggestions, I appreciate the responses.

JB Weld has been tried by some other Zele owners and due to the inability for it to have a large bonding area where the hinges break it has not lasted, usually only for one door opening.

The Mini hinges are too large. These too were have hoped to be the match owners were looking for and a fellow owner in Texas bought a set and found out they didn't fit.

Alfa has some trunk and bonnet hinges that look perfect BUT they too are too big/long by a couple inches.

I have yet to see an Elcar/Zele that doesn't have broken hinges, they truly are a poor solution being that they were designed to be used with the pivot pin being horizontal as trunk or hood hinges and when used with the pivot pin vertically the weight of the door (which isn't much) snaps off the pivot circle.

Anyone know of a reasonable fabrication place that could whip some billet ones up by using an original as a 'template'?

I received a PM mentioning that Siata Spring hinges look similar. Indeed in pictures they do but are such parts available? Siata parts look as rare as Zele parts....
