if anyone knows if they fit, or how they can fit give me some details, or a quote if some sort of conversion plate is needed!
thanks guys!

Biggest problem you will have is that the FIRE gearbox will not be up to the torque for a long time. Making a plate is not a problem. This is done all the time in certain race classes. Also you will have to take the FIRE clutch because the spline is to knowledge different.

Could it work the other way round? IE using a uno turbo gearbox and a normal FIRE engine?

It would work but again you have to make the plate for it and new mounts. If you are looking for a way to get out of the diff breaking problem there is uprated diffs available.

Its more the higher gear ratio thats the attractive feature. Standard FIRE boxes are just too close geared

The late (from model 2001) non Sporting Seicentos as well as the Seicento Suite do have a much longer gear ratio. I have both cars and at (according to Speedo and rev counter) the engine revs at around 3500rpm at just over 80mph.
