Can't believe how out of order they are,

they sell oil filters that look mirror-finished in the website photos & cost about £8 more than a standard oil filter, then they send you a bog standard oil filter, after charging about £5 as well for postage - for a jiffy bag. Their photos looks nothing like a standard oil filter with graphics on it, Euro Car Parts (as just one example that manages not to have a misleading liar photo) have normal photos of their normal oil filters. Nothing whatsoever like a Ricambio photo.

Why would I have spent £8 more and another £5 in postage - for a standard oil filter I can buy for 3 quid in the town.

And they have photos of other products described as chromed - which look way blacker in colour than their supposedly-standard-oil-filter-photo.

And they don't even refund their extortionate postage costs, nevermind the additional postage costs you'd incur having to send back the product because it's nothing like its photo. Can I swear here? Total a**holes, f*** Ricambio.
Rip-Off-io. Ri-Fanny-O.
