I bought a 52 plate punto 5 weeks ago - within 2 weeks i had problems with the clutch and the dealer (arnold clarke) replaced it. However, 3 weeks later, the same problem has re-occurred - i would now feel that i would prefer a refund to them trying to fix it again - i feel like i have bought a faulty car. Does anyone know if i would be entitled to a refund as i am sure they will try to get me to let them 'fix' it again. Thanx in advance,
 
Let them fix it again, and make sure they know the history and see what happens.
Make sure you keep all documentation. if it happens again then i think you have a case for money back.

I agree. Let them try and fix it again.

You could try and get a refund, but your case would be stronger if they have attempted to fix the same fault more than once. It's very annoying, but if it went to court they may not think one fault is sufficient for a refund. :(
