I've had quite a lot of dealings with Lipscomb (Maidstone) over the last few years and unlike practically every other garage I've used in the time (including other FIAT garages) they've earned my trust.

Another recent experience was good, and the service manager even brought the total bill down without me having to make any pointed comments. I realise this might be a sales tool but given when they fix something - it has stayed fixed - I'm ok with it. Hey, they even valet the car when they service it by default.

Whilst I've not yet bought a FIAT from them, I would not get any of my cars serviced elsewhere and as a consequence the next car purchase will be from them.

I don't think we mention it enough when a garage has done well.

Fiat UK dealers are monitored for quality of service. No dealer is perfect and some can make genuine mistakes that blot an otherwise good reputation.

If a Fiat dealer serves you well then let Fiat UK know.
If a Fiat dealer serves you badly then let Fiat UK know.

Both of these actions will a) ensure we have the best dealer support we can get and b) ensure the bad ones are educated, improved or terminated!
