Hi Guys - my new Fiat Punto is my first car - just passed my test a month ago and desperately need some help with regard to external lights. The manual describes how to put on dipped and non-dipped sidelights and mainbeam. This may be a stupid question but when should i use what????! Also the front lights on the far right don't seem to work - are these fog lights which are extras? Any help would be gratefully received. Thankyou Gill.

I take it you have a mk2 punto, the lights to far left and far rigt are fog lights, if you have a base model you wont have these they are just reflectors, use your dipped lights at your decreation mate and full beams for forest roads with no street lights just remember to turn them off whena car is coming the other way.

Thanx Robin - its my 1st car and no one to ask really - feel a bit dim (no pun intended) - i'd read somewhere that Punto lights are not as bright as most cars so just wanted to check. Gill.[8D]
