hi everyone, i have a question.
in fiats and citreons etc, when a bulb goes you get a warning light on the dashboard and a message saying i.e. warning left front side light (or what ever light is not working)
i have fitted led sidelights to my panda so i have white led lights to match my hid headlights (when they arrive) but i now have the warning light on, on the dash, for both sidelights. i understand it does this because led's use less voltage than normal bulbs or something along the same lines...
is there a way of bypassing this system so i can use my led sidelights without the warning lights on, on the dash?

Question has been asked SO may times.

You have two choices:
1) Add a load resistor (Around 1/8th Watt (0.125W) 480 Ohm resistor)
2) Go and buy proper CANBUS compatible bulbs.

hi thanks for that, REALLY stupid question, but where would i fit the resistor too.
and thanks for the info i shall look up "CANBUS" bulbs and see what i can find. thanks for your help :)
