My cv joint on front left side broke, i took it in for repairs, when i got it back i was not happy with the feel of the car and it felt like it was floating on the road, when i took it back i was told its the engine mounting, which was then replaced, i was still not happy and took it back, i was told to take it for wheel alignment as there was absolutely nothing wrong with the car. the wheel alignment was fine. a few days later the new cv joint broke again, i took it back, they replaced it again. i still was not happy with the performance feel of the car, however the cv joints broke again, this time i took it to a cv specialist. they took it for a test drive then lifted it up and showed me the broken cv joint and a lovely huge crack in my gearbox.
the first repairman apparently filled my gearbox with oil. the car has no leaks. the cv specialist says there was no oil in the gearbox and that all he could think was the joint was forced in and that is what caused the crack. I contacted the first repairman and suddenly he says there always was a crack in the bell house strangely he ommitted to advise me of this and also he now claims its all due to my suspension. prior to this cv joint breaking i have never had a problem with this car. now im sitting with a car that doesnt hold the road and the cost of replacing a gearbox and the cv joint that seems to be continuously breaking. i should be getting my car back tommorrow from the cv specialist, hopefully all will be well with the car now.
what i need to know is, i believe the first repairman messed my car up, does anyone have any advise for me please.

this all started on the 27 May 2012 and yesterday i took it to the specialist (27June 2012)
