It shouldn't really be that hard to do, you'll need spigot rings to drop the centre bore from 58.1mm to 56.6mm. You'll also need PCD correction (or wobbly) bolts. The only thing I can't say for sure is whether the Bravo's offset (ET) range is within the acceptable limits for the Grande.
