True, they can't even be bothered to send out brochures half the time, who needs customers eh?

Yes their excellent public relations is just another reason why Fiat is doing so well. Oh wait... doh.

Fiat could do a lot worse than keeping an eye on forums like this. They might learn something...

What possibly annoys me more is that we don't have more Fiat dealership employees on here, I mean most of us now have the FF stickers in our cars which they can't fail to notice.

The conclusion I draw is that the majority of Fiat employees see it purely as a job and have no real interest in the industry or their brand.

there are some dealership employees on here, but some of them have got stick off people before and dont come on no more.

Can't say I blame them to be honest! They come on here offering to help and instantly get bombarded with questions and problems they could hardly be expected to know anything about or help with.

i only did that to the knob salesman who claimed to know more than anyone about fiats, just because he had been a fiat sales man for 2 years lol,

Fiat are aware of this site, just don't show an active interest in it. There have been a few Head Office posts in the past.

We have some good Fiat technicians on here, and I for one appreciate their input and feedback.

As for that arrogant Fiat salesman who came on recently, and said he knew EVERYTHING about Fiats, well, what did he expect. Seems to have disappeared now, oh well
