hey! amongst everything else going wrong with my punto (just as im trying to sell it :bang: ) the starter motor has decided to break too! anyone know how much the part will roughly cost, im told 25quid for labour by the garage.

just got bill from garage, £188 quid, £135 for the motor, 25 labour and rest vat. am gutted and now skint for moving house !! :bang:

**** its only 3 mounting bolts and a nut for the wire, lesson to learn, go to scrappy do job yourself, save £163

the auto sparkys near me recondition them for £40 tis a lot cheaper
