Anyone know the current cost of taking out the extended Fiat warranty, I remember when I got the Stilo they said I could add year 3 to 5 Manufactureres warranty to the car, but had to do this within 3 months of registration.

Is it as good as it sounds that you get 5 years of everything being covered as in year 1 & 2?

Also any idea of cost for a Punto?

edit: also after another 2 years of reading the forum, you will be able to fix everything yourself

Dave just read info on it, it used to be years 3 to 5 became manufacturers warranty....now it say years 4 & 5 become dealer warranty, like you say a waste of money!

It will be a waste of money, you're better off geting an RAC or AA warrenty than a dealer warrenty, which will be under written by a third party like AON or somebody who have no interest in paying up. But IMO still a waste of time. I had one for my car (given to me when I bought it) 5star RAC warrenty, it hardly covers anything
