Hi guys please dont buy any fiat car.I am owing fiat punto and its not even 2 yrs and already i have gone to the fiat service station for almost 10 times.Sometime for suspension then for brake & recently for 2 times for clutch & not a good reply from fiat.Right now its under warranty but on the later stage its going to be very hard to own fiat car.So guys please think twice before buying fiat car.

makes me laugh these kinds of posts, coming onto a FIAT OWNERS FORUM stating not to buy a Fiat.

Have the same issue over on Subaru owners forums.

Mine can be number 2, but that's as it was poorly treated by its previous owners.

Needs a bit of TLC and he will be good as, well I can make it.

Try a different dealer and make sure its properly serviced.

Mine hasn't been especially reliable but its 10 years old and was abused by previous owners so in reality its done really well.

I am new on this site, even thoe i have had 6 cars this Fiat Panda 1.2 58 Reg has never let me down. The reason i have had so many cars they keep falling apart, nothing to do with my driving (i drive like James May) just the old cars i had. Before i had the Panda i had a Jaguar X Type, me being 23 that was asking for troble! lol

I`m the complete opposite. Bought a new Seciento Sporting in 2000, just part-ex'd for a new Panda. The Seicento never let me down, drove well, cheap servicing and got a good price when changing. Can`t ask any more than that on any car!

My mother had a Panda 60 automatic. Well built and properly amazing kit for the money. If its wasn't just too small for me I would have happily had it when she had to stop driving.

My brother's Uno went twice around the clock (in Ks) and was only scrapped because in Italy they have made pre Euro 2 emssions cars illegal on the roads. But his was actually so clean the "MOT" tester had to put the gas probe up his own car exhaust just to get a reading. No chance though it had to be scrapped.

Elderly Fiat 500s are probably worth about 2p over there.
