Hello..

I have a 1.4 Fiat Grande Punto Active Sport, and have done for over a year and a half now. Ever since I have had the car, there was an awful smell of 'petrol/fumes' coming through the fans/heaters into the car. I had it checked out the other day, and the garage said they couldn't understand what was wrong with the car, so they debugged the system to try and help it, however the smell has not gone, but they said if it has not gone, it would cost about £500 due to stripping the dashboard etc.... Can anyone shed any light on this for me please?
