I have recently installed a plasma dial kit in my car, looks great, (can't upload pic due to having an iPhone) but its blue and the digital clock at bottom of speedo's is still orange, what bulbs would i need to but to change them to blue ones??

Also, i have a Haynes manual for this car,

I also wanted to change the Dash lights like the window switches and heater controls(to blue ones), the Haynes book, says i can change the bulbs for the heater knobs, but not the window switched and fog light swithes which are above the heater controls.

Has anyone already tried this and succeeded??
Any help would be appreciated,
Thanks

They both use plcc-2 3528 smd smt leds, you need to solder the old 1s out and then solder the new 1s in(making sure the polarity is correct).i have a set of the window switches that light up blue for sale if interested?

cheers ziggy!they look much better in real life(crappy camera phone lol)
id go for it,i found the dash easier to solder as you have more room, can be a bit of a pain re aligning the dials afterwards.just take a picture of them with the ignition on and off before you start!
you should also make a note of the polarity of each led and be carefull not to over heat the board!
i should have made a guide!

there all ready is a guide

Some folks just cant be bothered to look for themselves. We really should refer threads like this to the guides. The OP can then come back if they don't find what they need in the guide and the guide can be updated if needed.
