 Can anyone HELP I dont seem to be able to get any warm air comming out from my car heater, I have checked all the pipes and they all seem to be hot both the in and out feed to the heater, I have flushed the system with a cleaner, and put new coolant in, I have also bleed the system, the tempreture gauge reads 90 and the fan cuts in when it goes above 90. Its driving me mad I have scolded my hand badly which I wouldent mind if I could get some hot air out of the heater.
Please anyone help !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If there is no temperature drop across the heater pipes then this would suggest that there is no air flowing over it.

More modern heater units have an internal flap(s) that can totally shut off air supply, allow 100% of air to flow through/over the heater matrix or divert 100% of the air AWAY from and bypassing the heater matrix.

So, you could be looking at some form of flap being jammed and stuck in the wrong position or similar flap control failure.
