had a PINK problem with my old cinq sporting (RIP)
no matter how much t-cut and wax i used the car would normally just look a more glossyer looking sometime deeper pink!
then i got told by some old sales man at a car show that fiat (italian) paint tends to be a very soft paint that looses its oils after time, and the only way to get the oils back into the paint was to use his very pricey products (Surprisingly)
anyway done a bit of searching on the net and found out that most of the waxes in halfords, etc dont contain any natural waxes that have the oils that go into the italian paint and that the waxes that contain a high % of these waxes and oils cost £££ and sometimes ££££,
you can how ever get a very good cheaper version of these waxes called Zymol, it has 12% Brazilian Carnauba wax the main wax that puts the oils back into your paint for around £15 and smells amazing just read the ingredients list:
Yellow Carnauba 12%, Bees Wax 3%, Kaolin Clay, Almond Meal, Chalcedony Crystals, Shea Nut Butter, Coconut Oil, Propolis (derived from Bees), Glycerl Stearate, Cetyl Esters, Cetyl Cocoamide (derived from coconut oil)
i've turned into quite a sad person now with my newly found knowleage of italian paint and wax.
