now im a little confused here, you say you cant afford to run the coupe but looking at a 20v bravo HGT ?
arnt these similer engined cars with similer costs involved?
The Bravo is a lower insurance group than the coupe, and it's less thirsty for petrol. If the Coupe goes, i'll be very gutted :(

Hmmmm, do I, don't I?! Got a lot of commitments on at the moment [about to authorise a massive extension on the house], but could be fun as a weekend car?!

Damn you, Rich, lol.

No Brickfoot  Don't sell up! I ran mine for two months UNEMPLOYED so you ***** you ain't trying hard enough :D
Seriously though you have replaced the most important bits, get an evening job to support your coop (y)

That's what Sammi does, alledgedly ;)

Discussed this with Jules, and looks like a no-go, and I totally agree with her; bad timing all round, oh well. Looks like I will have to wait a few years for the EVO VIII :)

Hi Rich,

Well I usually come on here to get cheered up but this makes fro grim reading. I know your intelligent enough to know when to admit defeat so I'm sure you have soul searched and done the math etc.

Good luck, how thirsty is the Coupe? You sound like your using the power available quite a lot, different barrell of spikey monkeys compared to the Cinq eh!

Liam

Rich you make no sense - if you wat a hgt because of less fuel expensive its the same engine as the coop NA if your that set on getting rid of the costly turbo get a coop NA which will lessen the running costs and you get to keep the good looks of a coop :) you know i make sense.

@ staurt - i suppose you know all about my alleged evening job first hand :p

rich i ran my coupe for over a month when i was unemployed it can be done but in your best interest maybe an NA is the way forward and i might let you have a play in the turbo at a few meets (y)

Except the insurance cost will be less on the Bravo HGT, it's about £200 cheaper for me on the bravo,

I will be gutted to see it go :(
