I ordered a 1.1 Active Eco early February. I was initially told that delivery would be mid February, then updated to March 14th. The dealer (Coventry Motor Company) has today told me that the car is now in the country, but that Fiat are telling them that they can't have it until they sell some of the cars they already have. This doesn't sound right to me.

The dealer says they don't know whether this is the real reason for the delay, or if there is some other reason.

Can anyone shed any light on this? Has anyone else had similar problems?

FGAUK have made no such announcement, and would not withold a sold customer order regardless of how much unsold stock they/the dealer network have.

What specification (colour/interior/any options) have you orsdered?

1.1 active eco, r&r blue, no options
