Due to the fact that my 1.6 Stilo doesn't have the fusebox cover,I seem to be getting a lot of electrical failures. The latest is the radiator fan staying on no matter what. After taking the fusebox out I noticed that one relay in position T 07smells as though it has been very hot.
What is this relay and does anyone have a map of the fuse positions and relays.

Davren,
Thanks for the information. It all makes sense now and as that relay uses the same fuse as the immobiliser it explains the problems I have had with that.
I stripped the fusebox down last night and it's full of corrosion so I'm hoping that a replacement will solve these problems.
Needless to say my Fiat dealer said "new ECU at £800.

if your talking about engine bay fusebox and you dont have the correct battery cover over them both you probably have water ingress in the fusebox and need it replaced.

you still didnt say if you hadthefuill length battery cover..........fit a new fusebox and the same will happen again.

Thanks for the help and advice!!!
Unfortunately I don't have the cover so that will be on my shopping list and I also think I may have been optomistic about the solution as now that it is all back together the fan is still on all the time even with the relays removed.
There are so many things I love about Fiats but the electronics aren't one of them.
