Welll whats your question on? Say if its the new Bravo, then find the Bravo section. If its bodywork then the bodywork section. etc etc etc

half a day off work as working in manchester and dealer in york.

Dont let them dictate the rules to suit them.You are the customer and its your money they are getting, say no. Tell him its a major inconvenience to get up there ask him what the reasons are and say that you will sign the paperwork when you collect. If it is related to sales figures/bonus tell him to post the documents or bring them down to you at his cost.......... or that he knocks a ton off the price to cover your costs and loss of earnings.
