Go to a Motor Spares shop and ask for Diesel Injector cleaner.

Read the instructions on the bottle, it is a liquid you add to the tank, use the correct method and quantity, more isnt always better.

So in my case I added the amount needed for 30 litres to an almost empty tank, then put my fuel in, and just drove it.

Easy as that, you will soon know if it helped, mine cost £4.50 & I treated my tank twice, I didnt have any issues at the time just thought it a good idea at 55,000 miles just before my MoT... It flew through...

thanks Ffloxy will do let you no outcome thanks again

No prob, hope it helps bud... to be honest your vehicle is low mileage so think lucky! ;)

P.S. you do go through the engine start pre-heat procedure I presume?

P.P.S. I made an assumpytion it is a diesel van... Yes? If not DONT PUT DIESEL INJECTOR CLEANER THROUGH but use Petrol Injector cleaner.

Hi, I supply tuning kits to a few pump and injector repair shops, where is better for you england or scotland? I'll give you contact numbers for them.
Cheers
