Debadging - why?

I was thinking that, more obviously than badges ones a hatchback and the other isn't lol.

TBH, what they said only took a second or so & I didn't pick it up that clearly, the only Audi I've heard of is the A8, the A3 was a guess. They did get fairly close- ish & the bloke riding shotgun said it was registered to XXX and she said that's not xxx that's a yyy - obviously having some sort of car fetish.
There was another prog where the team drove high powered cars & all the drivers had real fetishes about performance motors. One guy driving a scooby was following a littlewilly testosteronis mark 3 along a motorway & the driver didn't know why the guy was bothering to try to get away from him as his scooby had this & that & the other whereas the other car was lower powered & didn't have the latest something or other - and I'm thinking "these guys need to get a life".
I just like to watch them catch the villains & beat the carp out of them :D (accidentally of course)

Having a badge that has been has been exposed to all weathers for however many number of years and has faded lets down the cars appearance

my chinc sporting looks smoother and the originals look terrible and make the car seem old
its like marmite you love it or you hate it
