This is the husband bit of Lous Blue who is currently fuming with the local main dealer!!

Bought the 500 6 months ago from the local franchised dealers (great no issues, never had any reason to go back to them but for the brake recall and recently a delaminating badge)

But a few weeks ago went back to them and bought a 56 plate Sedici, unable to originally deliver on correct date due to an issue with the car (fine turned out to be a failed MAF which they replaced, no biggy there) and I am still waiting a response on heavy corrison on metal sections of coolant pipes which I would have expected them to pick up on the PDI

But today the V5 turned up today, car is an ex rental from AVIS when the dealer specifically stated when ask it was a direct fiat fleet car, as I am ex motor trade I do fully appreciate the implications on current and future values of an ex rental car, Should a franchised main dealer rely be selling an ex rental as a fiat approved car when also claiming its ex fiat direct fleet (they have 3 other sedicis currently all around the same reg date so would bet they are also ex rentals!!) as this is a tact more usually employed by back street traders/ kerbsiders not franchised dealers.

Also found out tonight this same dealer has also been repoted in an article in the daily telegraph on the 14th september as using the same tactic when selling cars from there peugeot franchise on the same site, selling cars as peugeot used approved and them being ex rentals.

Also had a few minor mechanical niggles and noises on the car already (had to take to car into there peugeot dealership in lichfield when when a rattle could be heard under braking for a quick sfety check) which I originally put down to car possibly being stood for a while now I am doubting if the 15k on the clock is actually also true!!
