Topolino owners

Calling all Topolino owners.
I have been badgering Ben to add a Topolino group, which he has kindly done, but when I asked for this seminal model to be added to all the model lists on the site, he quite reasonably asked me to prove there was a need. So I have to find at least 10 owners out there to get this facility.
So come on fellow Topos (not the latest model - the pre-500 ones), get in touch!

I will be no help at all. But: a dear old (dead) friend had a Topolino after the war, and he always loved that car more than any other.

I've always wanted one, ever since me and my little sister found one in a yard (seized engine) to play in.

I think the forum has a historic duty to have a Topolino section.

There's actually a fairly large cottage industry in the States producing Topolino bodies (for dragsters, hot rods, etc.). Might be fun to import one to the UK and spaceframe it with a small block V8 or a T5.

I just bought this late 1948 500c Irish assembled.. need all help and advice I can get! Where to get parts mainly! Was told the engine was cracked some where! But they weren't sure. ..is there a weak spot in them?.anyway good to have this forum.. Donald

Sorry, I see this is an old post! We have 1 1955 Topolino C. Just got it back on the road at the beginning of 2016. It would be good to be in touch with fellow Topi owners here in the UK. - There are a lot more groups in Italy.

Good evening, mark me down as I bought a1936 Topolino last week, obviously needs some work and I was wondering where I can buy a workshop manual-does such a thing exist?
Any help you can offer would be gratefully received, I think I will have my winter tied up trying to get the old girl up and running again ready for the spring

My fondest memories are the1937 one my day bought in 1962, It was mint but the crank had gome and he failed to finf another so it was scrapped. What would itbe worth now. Its the only car I really lust for. I keep looking.

This engine had a 3 bearing crank and the crank was prone to failure. Im sure thesedays you could have it scanned and a new one made, Other engine cracks can also be dealt with by cold stiching among other techniques, so go for it. Its a great car
