Im trying to find a good bottom end for my Fiat Bravo 1.4 12v

Locally ive only found two both wont split the engine and they are way over priced.

Would anyone know places that carry reconditioned bottom ends or carry a large stock of engines?

Ive phoned a lot of scrap yards and a lot of engine refurbishers.

i had a quick look and there was one on ebay complete engine for £175 which isnt too bad but you really need a private breaker not a scrappy IMO

I know what you mean ry. I dont want to end up with a big door wedge just as bad as my current block.
