i have stories about carphonewarehouse, npower, toucan, talktalk, southern electric, ebico, my solicitor i used to buy my house, the mortage broker, the estate agent, even the lender, my bank, several credit card companies, easington council, BT, and many more i am forgetting at the moment.
i dont think i'm the unluckiest person on earth, i expect most large modern organisations have crap customer service and are filled with employees who couldnt give a toss. if something goes wrong it goes very wrong and no one is willing or able to help you.
