I have a story about myself, I was party to a deal that saw a customer pay £20k for a bank of 128Mb ram. Strange but true.

i have stories about carphonewarehouse, npower, toucan, talktalk, southern electric, ebico, my solicitor i used to buy my house, the mortage broker, the estate agent, even the lender, my bank, several credit card companies, easington council, BT, and many more i am forgetting at the moment.

i dont think i'm the unluckiest person on earth, i expect most large modern organisations have crap customer service and are filled with employees who couldnt give a toss. if something goes wrong it goes very wrong and no one is willing or able to help you.

Yea but some we havnt heard before unlike FIAT customer Service stories...

my mrs brought a grande punto from arnold clark was a year old and the spare wheel had 2 great big slashes in the tyre there were bits and bobs missing off everywhere ie seats, parcel shelf clips missing terrible cutomer service ended up taking the car back and losing our deposit but not all bad saved a bit more money and brought a brand new one will never use arnold clark again
