wot part of the country u from cento evo, there doing that loads in north wales area, loads of my mates have been pulled over and told to take them off. Have they told u the story about our windows already being tinted.

They even told my mate to take off his neons because they where a danger toi the public, they wasn't even on and we where parked up in a carpark.

They are making him take his car to an MOT place and get the ticket stamped

Wanted Seicento Arbarth Wheels or any 14"+ to fit a seicento

I'm from Gloucester but go cruising in Cheltenham.
Yes they used one of those light measuring thinys called a TiniMan I had the medium tint fitted two years ago, and the amount of light being let through was 23, should be at least 70!!!
Fcuk me when i bought em two years ago he said they were legal, Cnut Cnut Cnut!!!! [:(!]
Looks like i'll be going Impreza WRX styleee i.e. Black rear windows and clear fronts, as i don't wanna spend money on getting the lightest tint fitted only to find out there illegal too!!

Only the lightest tint (light smoke) is legal, then you get dark smoke (lets through 45% i think), midnight and limo. The light smoke was so light tho it seemed pointless and dark smoke was a bit too :D so i got midnite, which was really dark at first, but seems ok now.

for me next car, i'll get a dark tho, as a totally blacked out car (car will be black also) is just way too drug dealerish :D

that happened to me, it was in the daytime as well.
Pulled me over and got that s**t meter thing out.

I had to take mine off there and then or face a fine.

There is no way I could take mine off on the spot, the film is stuck on proper style!

It's not as daft as it sounds - when hay fever is at its worst in the summer I can get serious dizzy spells in bright sunlight. I normally use prescription sunglasses but why not tinted windows?
