Mass Air flow Meter

I've still got a dodgy meter on a jtd 130. Fiat part No. is 46533308
I understand from Alfanige that the mutipla has the same part.
I've tried to get a cheap part from dismantlers but no joy.
Does anybody know if it is fitted to any other vehicle (fiat or not)
By the way the Bosch part No. is 0280 218004

Cheers
Dalex

Multipla is listed as having the same part number, nowt else. You need a 105CV (hp?) 1.9 JTD to rob one off, the 110 and 115 use diferent meters.

Pete.

Re: Mass Air flow Meter

Bet you would have an easier time of it by tracking down the Bosch part number rather than the Fiat one. That same sensor may work on hundreds of different makes, models and years. Bosch is an OEM supplier so they may have sold this same item to VAG, Ford, PSA, Opel, ...

That part is also on the Multipla but only the 1910 JTD CF2 engine.

Generally, you can only do damage by messing with the MAF. It's a precision instrument and unlikely, I'd think, to be responsible for the misfire.

But best posted in the Uno section.
