2nd generation keys

hi am new to the forum and to owning fiats so please bear with me, have bought a fiat punto y reg, didn't get a red key just one blue then found out about the red key thing PANIC!!!! so had a check on the forum and found that possibly i shouldn't have one my key has triangle 2 circles and a 2 on it does this mean that i dont need one???? for anything at all [?][?][?]

Yup, it's a second generation one, there's no red key with yours.
