Hi everybody!

Does anyone here know of an abarth expert/dealer in the UK, or someone who might be able to help with getting older abarth engines. I have been looking around for some time now and not had much luck. Any help is appreciated. A weeeely weeely big hug for them who points my sail in the right direction :D

Then the big question, can i afford it!..... sorry not to be more descriptive, i cant tell you why...
..naaaa, its a secret ;)

Cheeaaaaaars!

Thank you!! I'll give them a ring next week, and fingers crossed they'll have what i want or be able to find it....the quest continues.

Keep any suggestions coming though, i have a feeling that this is going to be harder to source than a phone call. :(

Thanks agin!

What are you looking for?

Sorry not to reply sooner, my dad was up at silverston racing yesterday so i was there to watch! Man i got burnt though, wasnt a second of cloud all day.

Back to the point, for now i'm keeping the exact details a secret, although i bet some people might guess. Its going be a biiiiig suprise! :D Find out soon enough I'm sure though.....;)

Thanks for the recommendations so far!!

Well avanti would be very convienient! I live in somerset, and it appears to be where they are based! Is it true that they are not any good anymore? Assuming they can help anyway!
Cheers
Si

Well i heard and read alot of people say there rubbish, but i suppose it is worth a pop into if you live there in somerset.

My dad used to use them years and years ago and liked them.
Mention CannDurrant if you go there. (or Clive Durrant / Julian Cann) See if they remember them.

Let me know feedback if you do go there, would like to hear who runs it now.

Alrighty then! Will do, and fingers crossed...:D

Well unfortunately no luck on the avanti or middlebarton side yet. Avanti are still up and running, but no luck on either front im afraid y2dom. They are going to have a ring around for me though, and fingers crossed they will be able to find something.

I would like to add, that middlebarton garage are very useful, and sound like they do things properly there! (y) Unfortunately their price for building an engine for me is a little out of my reach as of yet so i might have to risk somewhere a little less trustworthy:eek:

I shall keep you posted as i find out more...

I know its miles out your way but Mangoletsi's up here in Cheshire are the largest independant Alfa/Fiat garage in the country, they currently have a 54 plate Abarth in yellow on the site!
