Just went on the Fiat website to show a friend the GP Sporting I have ordered and low and behold it has totally changed with flash 3d moving graphics and fly arounds. The thing that I noticed was that on the Punto page the images of the car, as well as the video clip, had the new Red Fiat Badge. I hope my new car has the Red badges on it when it arrives next month :)

New site is a much needed improvement. Here is a screen grab:

Check the size of the sporting wheels on the GP in the car configurator, they look like 19s!

Also it shows the 1.4 Sporting wheels on the 1.9?!

Apart from that and the dodgy photoshopped on badges - the website is much improved!

the wheels do look quite big actually! but still states that they are 17's.

also no news on the abarth as alninio stated which isn't good! we want it and we want it now!!!

As mentioned already its about time Fiat changed the site. Looking good now and i also get to see what my red GP will look like with the new badges. I think its  .

I like the new Bravo alloys as well. If i hadnt already sorted mine they would be on the shopping list for sure.

the site still focuses too much on the equipment fitted to the Sportings with not enough pictures of the lower models IMHO, and the wheels are the wrong way round on the sportings. Also, does anyone know if the design giugaro badge is going red aswell coz otherwise it will look bad compared to the main badges, I think im gonna stick with blue on my white car though......big improvement on the old site though....

Can't believe they have dared to put a forum on there.

I wonder how they will moderate peoples complaints.

I may be wrong but I think they have made up most of the posts on there so far!

I think Fiat would be forced to revert to a badge which looks like the one which used to adorn the front of the old Fiat 500, for authenticity, before releasing the new model.

I have driven an old 500. Two cylinders, air cooled, no synchromesh on any gears, 22bhp and a maximum speed of 52mph. I hope the new one is faster!
